After hearing her relentlessly sing at the top of her lungs from the bathtub for the first years of her life, Carrie Drummond's mother took her to see Mamma Mia! in Detroit at the age of four. By 11, the Michigan native had memorized Elphaba’s vocal track (along with every neighbor within earshot), and was finally allowed out of volleyball practice and into practice rooms for vocal lessons. She spent her high school and college days studying, attending endless rehearsals and yoga classes, and since, the spritely and versatile soprano has spanned myriad roles: from Sally Bowles to Rona Lisa Peretti to Rapunzel. Carrie recently earned her BFA in Music Theatre from Western Michigan University, and currently resides in New York City.

Carrie is represented by HR Artists Management.
